Location: Capitol Heights, Maryland, United States; onsite

Salary: $120,000–$165,000 per year. The offer varies based on geographic location, experience, and skill level.

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family and primary care at the top of the applicable license.
• Deliver preventive and wellness care, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients and clients.
• Work autonomously while using clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Focus on health outcomes rather than patient volume or fee-for-service billing.

Requirements

• For Nurse Practitioners: active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• For Physician Assistants: active license and current NCCPA board certification.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number is preferred and may be required for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent family practice experience in routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
