What you will do

Manage a portfolio of accounts and collect outstanding invoices on time.
Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
Reconcile customer accounts and process payments accurately.
Collaborate with sales and billing teams to resolve billing issues.
Prepare regular reports on collection activity and account status.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase collection efficiency.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar financial role.
Demonstrated success managing a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio.
Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

Experience with collection systems such as Tesorio.
