AI Automation Specialist (AI): Designing, deploying, and maintaining AI agent solutions and automated workflows across enterprise operations with an accent on prompt engineering, conversational AI, and system integration. Focus on building agent workflows with BotDojo, integrating APIs and databases through scripting, monitoring performance, and maintaining data privacy and quality standards.
Location: Remote Mexico; candidates must reside in Mexico

What you will do
- Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and train end-users on AI agent functionality.
- Design, configure, and deploy AI agents, workflows, and conversation flows using BotDojo and approved AI tools.
- Integrate AI agents with company systems and databases using scripting, REST APIs, webhooks, and automated data-processing workflows.
- Provide technical support, maintain agent documentation, and manage updates, version control, and ongoing maintenance.
- Monitor performance and usage metrics, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business impact.
- Ensure AI agents meet security, data privacy, quality, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Experience with prompt engineering, including defining, debugging, and refining prompts for complex agents.
- Intermediate scripting or programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of conversational AI, chatbot frameworks, agent workflow design, guardrails, and evaluations.
- Basic to intermediate experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data retrieval and agent connectivity.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

- Basic familiarity with BotDojo, including its interface, configuration options, and deployment processes.
