Lead AI & Automation Engineer

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States; hybrid work with a 4/1 office format for HQ salaried roles.

What you will do

• Own and operate the deployment funnel for AI and automation solutions supporting Corporate Development.
• Develop automation workflows, connect data sources, and maintain governance and data integrity.
• Translate process documentation into technical solutions in collaboration with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain reusable data models, optimize query performance, and uphold data quality across workflows.
• Apply AI-powered coding assistants and prompt engineering tools to accelerate development.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and impact assessments, and document automation solutions and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience, including hands-on work with data and automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
• Experience with enterprise automation platforms, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, systems thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with n8n, Zapier, Python, or R.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, data governance, and cloud data platforms.
