What you will do
- Build, code, and deploy automated solutions and AI agents that remove operational bottlenecks.
- Architect and maintain complex workflows and backend integrations using orchestration platforms such as Torq.
- Design, test, and optimize prompt chains, autonomous AI agents, and custom LLM workflows.
- Analyze support data to identify manual overhead and implement automation solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, CRM, and Data teams to close technical gaps.
- Define and track KPIs such as deflection rates, cost savings, and CSAT to improve automation performance.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience building and shipping AI-driven applications or complex automations.
- BSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field.
- Basic to intermediate scripting skills in Python or JavaScript and experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor or Copilot.
- Practical experience with enterprise orchestration platforms including Torq, Make, or Zapier.
- Experience with CRM ecosystems such as Zendesk or Salesforce and strong familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
