AI Solutions Engineer

What you will do

• Support the implementation, onboarding, and rollout of AI solutions across healthcare organizations through go-live.
• Work directly with customers to understand operational workflows, business needs, and adoption requirements.
• Configure integrations between customer systems and hirify.global AI products.
• Develop simple automations, workflows, and technical solutions to address customer problems.
• Analyze customer processes, operational metrics, and performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Bridge customers and internal teams, providing feedback that informs product priorities and designing workflows scalable across multiple customers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in engineering, technology, operations, consulting, analytics, or a related field.
• Basic programming experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
• Excellent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
• Based in Bogotá or willing to work in a hybrid environment.
• Understanding of both business processes and technology, with curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
