Location: Hybrid, with offices in Saskatoon and Toronto, Canada

What you will do
- Partner with business leaders and teams to understand workflows and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Redesign existing processes by removing unnecessary steps and creating simpler, scalable ways of working.
- Prototype, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered workflows using LLMs, agents, and automation tools.
- Connect internal systems through APIs and automation platforms to streamline information and action flows.
- Document solutions, establish guardrails, and enable teams to adopt and maintain the automations.
- Measure time saved, capacity created, and efficiency gains to prioritize future improvements.
Requirements
- Experience taking ambiguous automation problems from idea through implementation, maintenance, and measurable impact.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar.
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions and integrating systems through APIs.
- Working knowledge of Python or a similar programming language, SQL, databases, and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Familiarity with Git, Vercel, Railway, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to address data privacy, security, access controls, sensitive information, and responsible AI safeguards.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow orchestration or RPA tools.
- Familiarity with data pipelines or BI tooling.
- Experience in restaurant technology or vertical SaaS.
