Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Remote - USA. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $159,200–$217,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead technical programs and strategic initiatives across internal business systems.
• Design end-to-end system flows, integration requirements, data mappings, and configuration procedures across the customer and transaction lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Wiz and Google technical teams to prioritize roadmaps and deliver initiatives through the Kanban lifecycle.
• Identify process bottlenecks, system gaps, and scalable solutions across first-party and third-party tools.
• Partner with engineering teams to design and configure solutions across Salesforce, core product systems, and external applications.
• Own delivery from concept through UAT and rollout while ensuring quality and measurable business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Technical Consultant supporting large-scale enterprise transformations, including 4 years leading complex multi-system initiatives.
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, contract management, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.
• Experience reviewing data models, integration patterns, APIs, and platform configurations.
• Experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies and tools such as Jira and Jira Product Discovery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, technical analysis, and cross-functional influence skills.

• Experience leading M&A integrations and unifying business-system flows.
• Staff-level leadership and consensus building across peer teams without direct authority.
• Ability to learn new first-party and third-party systems quickly and navigate ambiguity autonomously.
