Senior Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Miami, Florida office; at least 3 days in the office are required. Travel is required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $109,800–$175,700 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Support Value-Added Services sales opportunities across the Latin America and Caribbean region through pricing, financial analysis, and commercial deal support.
• Build financial deal models, pricing analyses, and business cases for deal structuring, negotiations, and management approvals.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Pricing, Product, Marketing, GTM, Legal, and other stakeholders to develop commercial proposals and accelerate deal execution.
• Coordinate deal reviews and approvals in line with governance policies and processes.
• Recommend pricing and deal structure options that balance client needs with business objectives.
• Improve deal processes, governance, reporting, and seller enablement through clearer documentation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in Deal Management, Commercial Operations, Finance, Pricing, Sales Strategy, or a related business function.
• Strong financial modeling, pricing analysis, business case development, analytical, and commercial problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions and geographies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
