Analyst Lead, Pricing (Pricing Systems)

Salary: $101,500–$172,550 per year

What you will do

• Engage with Pricing, Product, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to understand pricing, commercial, and operational requirements.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Create and manage requirements and defects in Agile delivery tools such as Jira.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing as the primary clarification point between business and technical teams.
• Analyze requirements across pricing, quoting, CRM, and downstream operational systems, including impacts on proposals, approvals, billing, and reporting.
• Support structured intake, prioritization, and decision-making while communicating scope, trade-offs, and delivery considerations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong experience supporting business-critical systems in pricing, finance, revenue, operations, or transactional platforms.
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models alongside product and engineering teams.
• Ability to work independently and follow initiatives from discovery through delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with pricing systems, CPQ platforms, CRM tools, or quote-to-cash processes.
• Knowledge of pricing constructs such as volume tiers, minimum fees, recurring and one-time charges, and approval workflows.
• Experience in financial services, payments, technology, or other regulated industries.
