Staff Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. territories excluded. Reliable high-speed internet required.

Salary: $130,000–$175,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and develop solutions across the Salesforce environment.
• Maintain and scale Sales Cloud, and help architect the emerging Service Cloud landscape.
• Provide end-to-end platform support, including user support, data quality management, automation, and custom development.
• Monitor integrations and data flows between Salesforce, Zuora, Workato, Sage Intacct, Marketing Cloud, and Snowflake.
• Translate business needs and technical constraints for stakeholders in sales, service operations, finance, and other teams.
• Gather and document requirements, create developer-ready specifications, and guide less experienced team members.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in business systems analysis, Salesforce administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience across multiple organizations, including hands-on Sales Cloud experience and ideally Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications required; Advanced Administrator preferred.
• Experience with billing platforms, ERP systems, marketing automation, data warehouses, or iPaaS tools.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must live and work in the United States, excluding U.S. territories.
