Location: Columbia, Maryland, United States of America; frequent travel between designated branches is required, with face-to-face branch customer interaction.

Salary: $20.55–$34.25 hourly USD

What you will do

• Serve Consumer and Business Banking customers through sales, service, digital engagement, appointments, and walk-in interactions.
• Process customer transactions, support teller and lobby operations, and complete branch documentation.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions, and refer complex needs to banking partners.
• Support account opening, loan origination, overdraft review, complaint resolution, and customer relationship retention.
• Follow AML, BSA, KYC, fraud escalation, audit, internal control, and regulatory requirements.
• Travel between branches as needed to support branch staff and customer operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed and work in an open, face-to-face customer environment.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle difficult customer conversations.
• Organization, time management, prioritization, adaptability, and the ability to work under critical time constraints in a team environment.
• Internet user-level technology proficiency and ability to interact with consumer and small-business customers.
• Ability to stand for long periods, use hands and fingers for extended periods, read fine print, and lift objects weighing 5–30 pounds.
