Relationship Banker

Location: Fully onsite at 19925 WA 410 E, Bonney Lake, Washington 98391, United States

Salary: $20–$28 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with consumer and small business clients through financial reviews and tailored recommendations.
• Open deposit accounts and originate consumer and eligible small business loans.
• Build and maintain a loan and deposit portfolio while developing a pipeline through branch and outbound business development.
• Educate customers about digital banking solutions and services from internal partners, including Treasury Management.
• Resolve client issues with digital products and services and conduct proactive outbound calls.
• Participate in community events, volunteer activities, and business development meetings, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of banking or demonstrated sales experience.
• At least 2 years of experience developing client relationships, achieving sales goals, building referral sources, providing client service, and handling cash.
• At least 2 years of lending experience, including loan origination and processing.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products, lending practices, cash flow, financial statements, and market risk.
• Ability to build technology skills across online banking, Bill Pay, e-statements, mobile banking, ATM, and business banking applications.
