Sr Experience Designer (AI)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States of America; relocation available; travel up to 25%

Salary: $130,700–$205,200 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States

What you will do

• Design intuitive user interfaces for next-generation AI and HCI experiences.
• Translate complex technologies and abstract concepts into clear, compelling product experiences.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, interaction flows, and rapid prototypes in Figma.
• Develop scalable design patterns and visual systems for experimentation and innovation.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, research, strategy, and design teams.
• Communicate design vision through storyboards, prototypes, and presentations while contributing to future product concepts.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI, product design, or interaction design.
• Strong visual design skills and a portfolio of shipped digital products or concept work; portfolio link required.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design systems.
• Understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Experience collaborating in agile or iterative cross-functional product environments.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and ability to translate technical concepts into design solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-driven or data-rich product experiences.
• Familiarity with HCI principles and emerging interaction paradigms.
• Experience with design systems, motion, prototyping, or storytelling.
• Experience in exploratory 0→1 innovation environments.
