Senior UX Visual Designer (AI)

Location: Remote - USA; physical offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles

Base salary: $185,000–$210,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop initial concepts from subject matter experts and the product team into resolved, high-fidelity designs.
• Design AI-powered alerts, natural-language interfaces, incrementality experiences, and actionable data insights.
• Create clear, engaging data visualizations for complex analytical and statistical information.
• Design coherent experiences across the web app, mobile, email, integrations, and customer workflows.
• Build and extend the design system across the platform, improving typography, color, layout, density, and visual hierarchy.
• Present work to customers and executives, collaborate with product, marketing, media strategy, data science, and engineering teams, and participate in design critique.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, including B2B SaaS and enterprise work.
• A visually outstanding portfolio demonstrating shipped work and strong command of typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.
• Experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces and data visualizations.
• Experience building or substantially shaping a design system.
• Expert command of Figma and adjacent design tools.
• Experience using AI to accelerate design processes and help subject matter experts create designs to specification.

Nice to have

• Marketing, advertising, or eCommerce domain experience.
• Background in game design, motion, entertainment, or formal art and design education.
• Motion design and interaction design experience.

Hiring process

• Recruiter interview followed by a video interview with the hiring manager.
• Role-specific video interview, followed by video or onsite interviews with team members.
