Designer (AI)

Location: Addison, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with three days in person and up to two remote days per week. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year.

What you will do

• Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity user interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
• Design connected, end-to-end digital experiences across user touchpoints.
• Apply usability, accessibility, responsive design, and human-centered design principles.
• Use storytelling and product thinking to connect design decisions with user needs and business strategy.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, researchers, and product partners across varied consulting projects.
• Explore AI-enabled tools for ideation, synthesis, exploration, and production.

Requirements

• Strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and craft.
• 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI, product design, or digital marketing.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong craft, strategic thinking, and digital design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design, collaboration, and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of responsive design, visual design systems, accessibility, and inclusive design.
• U.S. work authorization without employment-based visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in internships, agency, consulting, freelance, or in-house digital product environments.
• Motion graphics, video editing, or advanced prototyping skills.
