Senior Digital Experience Designer (AI)

Location: El Segundo, California; full-time onsite five days per week. No relocation is offered.

Salary: $130,700–$196,100 USD annually.

What you will do

• Conceptualize and design digital marketing campaigns across hirify.global platforms.
• Create modular web pages that communicate marketing hierarchy, support customer journeys, and explain complex products and offers.
• Develop polished creative aligned with hirify.global brand guidelines, including typography, composition, color, and image compositing.
• Partner with producers, strategists, marketers, design and copy leads, and copywriters to align creative with business and customer needs.
• Collaborate with content implementation teams to translate designs into online experiences and perform visual QA.
• Contribute to the evolution of hirify.global design systems and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, art, communications, or marketing.
• At least three years of digital experience in an advertising or in-house agency environment, supported by a strong digital portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of Figma and Photoshop, including Firefly, plus strong image-retouching and AI-assisted image alteration skills.
• Experience with wireframes, accessibility standards, typography, composition, light, color, and visual design.
• Familiarity with Chrome DevTools, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude, and GPT.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workfront or a similar project management system.
• Familiarity with After Effects, 3D, video, or prototyping.
