Principal Product Manager (AI/Fintech)

Base salary: £71,100–£120,900 per year

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and delivery for Client Lifecycle Management, including onboarding, KYB/KYC compliance workflows, and data integrations.
• Identify and prioritize customer problems, validate the roadmap through customer research, and define product vision.
• Represent product requirements in planning with design, architecture, and engineering teams, challenging approaches where needed.
• Participate in key delivery milestones, sprint reviews, and weekly demos.
• Lead customer-facing early adopter conversations and develop strategic launch plans with cross-functional teams.
• Use AI and machine learning for product decision-making, customer behavior analysis, adoption tracking, forecasting, and product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field, with 8+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep knowledge of commercial banking, commercial onboarding, Client Lifecycle Management, or KYB/KYC compliance technology.
• Experience with loan origination software or technology and products delivered in regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience presenting to multiple organizational levels, including executives, participating in sales cycles, and conducting customer interviews.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, Agile methodologies, product planning, and delivery.
• Familiarity with the EMEA regulatory landscape, including UK MLR and AMLR 2027.

• Advanced knowledge of Agile principles.
