Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own a product domain and roadmap from strategy through delivery.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including discovery, feature delivery, adoption, and go-to-market.
• Translate customer and internal needs into product priorities and actionable roadmaps.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, compliance, and market stakeholders to execute projects.
• Establish iterative development systems incorporating regular user feedback.
• Lead product features from conception through implementation.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in product management, strategy, or operations at a technology company.
• Experience with consumer product management and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with immigrant communities and empathy for customers.
• Outstanding project management skills and end-to-end ownership of problems.
• Strong UX design instincts.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Fintech experience.
• Experience with AI or analytics tools.
• Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools.
• Background or degree in a technical field.
