TL;DR
Product Manager (AI Platform) (Fintech/AI): Defining and scaling a compliant internal AI platform that enables financial product and domain teams to consume robust AI capabilities with an accent on platform strategy, AI governance, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on operationalizing LLM and agent-based services, coordinating predictive and personalization use cases, and evaluating AI performance while meeting regulatory and data protection requirements.
Location: Berlin, Germany; international relocation support is provided if required. Opportunity to work from abroad.

What you will do
- Define, prioritize, and own the roadmap for the internal AI as a Platform offering.
- Identify AI opportunities across client experience, personalization, fraud detection, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Drive implementation of strategic AI use cases and coordinate delivery across platform, domain, mobile, and other teams.
- Lead AI compliance, regulatory adherence, ethical usage, data protection, and governance initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate the launch and post-launch monitoring of client-facing AI features across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Compliance.
- Lead agile product development, backlog management, planning, user-story definition, and data-driven platform evolution.
Requirements
- Proven Product Manager experience with backend services, APIs, or AI-powered products serving multiple teams.
- High-level understanding of LLMs, prompt design, agent architectures, and evaluation approaches.
- Experience working effectively with Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers and understanding how AI-powered services are built and evaluated.
- Understanding of AI regulation, compliance requirements, and data governance, including collaboration with DPO or Legal teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and product ownership skills.
- Excellent English communication skills required. German is a plus.
