Senior Systems Administrator

What you will do

• Administer and optimize Windows, Linux, and macOS systems across enterprise business operations.
• Design, configure, and support cloud services, identity management, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and core IT infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, authentication services, and role-based access controls.
• Support Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Microsoft 365, infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, and asset lifecycle management.
• Lead technical implementation of enterprise IT projects and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis, maintain documentation, participate in incident response and disaster recovery, and mentor junior administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible enterprise IT infrastructure administration experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, identity management, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, JAMF, or Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms, implementing upgrades and migrations, and developing automation with PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and perform scheduled maintenance outside normal business hours.
