What you will do

• Lead the Windows team, design and architect infrastructure projects, and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Manage the configuration, compliance, security, patching, and operational integrity of multiple Windows domains.
• Automate Windows administration, software deployment, and cloud migration tasks with PowerShell and other automation tools.
• Build and maintain virtual machines and virtual desktops using VMware, VMware Horizon, and Citrix technologies.
• Research and recommend hardware and software, coordinate installations, maintain backup recovery, and evaluate vendor products.
• Develop testing strategies, environments, documentation, and end-user training; occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of related network engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Expertise in Active Directory architecture, management, and Group Policy deployment.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SCCM software packaging and deployment.
• Experience with VMware ESXi, VMware Horizon, and Citrix Virtual Desktop and Applications.
• Knowledge of PKI, certificate management, AWS, and Azure; active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Centrify/Delinea Server Suite, Privileged Access Server, or Avamar backup software.
• Linux, iSCSI, storage array, and networking skills.
