What you will do

• Prepare derivatives-related regulatory and U.S. GAAP disclosures for SEC 10-Q/10-K, FR Y-9C, Bank Call Report, FR Y-15, FR 2510, and related filings.
• Manage reporting data from multiple sources through final submission and use.
• Document and perform control procedures, including reconciliations and variance analytics.
• Partner with Product Controllers, Financial Reporting, Legal Entity Controllers, and Risk stakeholders.
• Participate in derivatives projects focused on automation and workflow improvements.
• Perform ad hoc analyses for internal and external reporting.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience; a strong accounting background is preferred.
• Well-versed in U.S. GAAP accounting and SEC reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, verbal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft software applications and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and escalate issues when appropriate.

Nice to have

• SEC or Federal Reserve regulatory reporting experience.
