Integration & Testing Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; hybrid work model

What you will do

• Support transitions and change implementation teams with specialist testing, configuration, and documentation.
• Perform internal and external user acceptance testing.
• Configure the Core Registry system and associated databases.
• Analyze and review processes, applying risk assessment principles.
• Verify that new functionality meets company priorities and standards, including performance and scalability requirements.
• Identify and assess process and service improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in financial services, ideally in custody, registry, superannuation, or funds management operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in system testing or user acceptance testing.
• Experience with process improvement and process documentation.
• Exposure to test cycles and related testing documentation.
