Quality Monitoring Specialist I (Consumer Finance)

Location: Remote within the United States; remote employees must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI. Office location: Rothschild, United States.

Salary: USD $26.00–$27.50 per hour

What you will do

• Research, monitor, and score assigned call volumes across call-center operations.
• Provide trend data, feedback, and detailed reports to management.
• Support the design of call-monitoring formats and quality standards.
• Use Virtual Observer to track team and individual performance.
• Participate in call-scoring calibration sessions and collaborate with other departments.
• Identify training needs, recommend process improvements, and update SOPs after process changes.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or compliance, or two years of relevant experience in audit, compliance, or call-center management.
• Ability to present information effectively to customers, employees, clients, and leadership.
• Ability to interpret and follow written, oral, and diagram-based instructions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines, adapt to change, take direction, and collaborate with others.
• Remote employees must reside in an approved U.S. state.
