Senior Manager, Third-Party Sr. Integration Specialist (AS)

Location: On-site in Westlake, Texas or Orlando, Florida. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: USD $112,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Support third-party technology vendors and registered investment advisory firms integrating with Schwab Advisor Services data and workflows.
• Serve as the technical point of contact throughout participant onboarding, development, maintenance, and production support.
• Manage multiple integration projects, milestones, deliverables, client meetings, and onboarding activities concurrently.
• Explain API and workflow documentation to product managers and technical teams.
• Coordinate user IDs, test data, application testing, and technical validation cycles.
• Partner with relationship managers, product managers, and development teams to improve participant experiences, processes, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of financial services industry experience required.
• 5+ years of product management, project management, or technical client support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of APIs and single sign-on technologies; familiarity with MCP servers preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client situations, responsibilities, and project risks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
