Credit System and QA Specialist

Location: Evansville, Indiana, United States. Work is performed in a typical office and bank environment, with periodic travel between locations. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; occasional weekend and evening work is required.

What you will do

• Support the commercial loan operations system as backup to the Credit System and Process Administrator.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, monitor enhancements, and assist with setup and testing of new features.
• Develop system reports, procedures, and end-user documentation in technical and user-friendly language.
• Support process improvement initiatives across credit, lending, and other departments, including workflow redesign and technology adoption.
• Assist with project initiation, planning, testing, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Train users on updated processes, maintain knowledge of lending regulations, and support compliance with lending rules and the Bank Secrecy Act.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or a commensurate combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of data analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with lending operations and related controls.
• Strong organizational, critical-thinking, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft systems and Office Suite, plus the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with lending regulations and organizational procedures.
