College Intern - Strategic Sourcing & Product Development

What you will do

• Support Procurement Architects with procurement readiness for New Product Introduction programs.
• Track supply chain resiliency, strategic sourcing, component reuse, preferred parts adoption, and manufacturing readiness metrics.
• Analyze data and prepare reports, procurement performance dashboards, and executive-level program updates.
• Support product cost tracking, including cost reduction, cost avoidance, and cost increase monitoring.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, operations, and business teams on program reviews and issue resolution.
• Use AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Gemini for research, data synthesis, reporting, and presentations in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Available for a 5–6 month full-time internship starting in January 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in program management, supply chain strategy, procurement, New Product Introduction, product cost management, and business operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools.
• Familiarity with AI productivity and research tools and responsible AI usage.
