Procurement Analyst (AI)

Location: Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka. Availability to work during the EU shift is required.

What you will do

• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, visualizations, and procurement KPIs.
• Analyze procurement and spend data to identify trends, cost savings, and efficiency improvements.
• Support the implementation, configuration, administration, and adoption of procurement tools and platforms.
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions, automation opportunities, and digital process improvements.
• Develop reporting frameworks and data governance practices, including supplier performance analytics.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions and actionable insights.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, data analytics, BI/reporting, or a similar role.
• Strong data analysis and dashboard development skills, with proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Experience with procurement or enterprise systems and basic system administration or support.
• Understanding of data governance, reporting best practices, procurement processes, and spend analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets, communicate clear recommendations, and collaborate independently or with a team.
• Ability to work during the EU shift.
