TL;DR
Procurement Executive (AI Infrastructure and Data Centres): Managing end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and services for datahall fitout, compute, and network deployment projects with an accent on supplier coordination, expediting, logistics tracking, and delivery scheduling. Focus on obtaining and evaluating quotations, coordinating international shipments and customs, maintaining procurement controls, and ensuring materials arrive in line with project milestones.
Location: Singapore; combination of office and active project site work.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end procurement from requisition and quotation through purchase order, delivery, and close-out.
- Source materials, equipment, and subcontracted services; evaluate proposals and prepare procurement recommendations.
- Issue purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation, trackers, expediting logs, and delivery schedules.
- Expedite suppliers and coordinate freight forwarders, customs brokers, logistics providers, and shipment tracking.
- Work with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, site engineers, construction teams, vendors, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
- Prepare weekly procurement and expediting reports and support invoice verification, supplier reviews, and contract administration.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, business, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
- 3–8 years of procurement experience in construction, engineering, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or data centre projects.
- Experience managing procurement from RFQ through delivery.
- Strong supplier expediting and logistics coordination experience.
- Experience with procurement of network equipment, structured cabling, fibre optics, server racks, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, or data centre fit-out materials.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or NetSuite, plus Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and document management systems.
