What you will do
- Support sourcing and evaluation of local and international suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Track inventory levels and maintain supplier performance documentation.
- Coordinate delivery tracking and prepare customs documentation.
- Manage procurement records, databases, and files using procurement tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support project material requirements and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in procurement and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
