Supply Chain - Specialist

Location: Penang, Malaysia; onsite role with 0%–25% travel.

What you will do

• Process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders, requests for quotes, and purchase order updates.
• Review purchase order variances, overdue orders, and unconfirmed orders, coordinating resolutions with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier, item master, organization attribute, quote table, and part information.
• Support cost-saving initiatives, alternative sourcing, vendor negotiations, and supplier quality improvements.
• Resolve accounts payable, accounts receivable, delivery, receiving, and return-to-vendor discrepancies.
• Support ERP integration projects and represent Component Operations in new product introduction teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
• Ability to support procurement, supplier coordination, inventory, delivery, quality, and cost objectives.
