Supply Chain - Specialist

What you will do

• Process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders, requests for quotes, and supplier orders.
• Review purchase order variances, overdue orders, and aged unconfirmed orders, coordinating resolutions with suppliers.
• Maintain procurement data, including quote tables, supplier records, item master attributes, part parameters, and supplier codes.
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives, including alternative sourcing, and support supplier negotiations on lead time and cost.
• Process returns to vendors and resolve accounts payable, receiving, and delivery discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Support ERP integration activities and project implementations, and represent Component Operations in new product introduction teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, strategic sourcing managers, supplier quality teams, and vendors.
