Director, Taiwan Real Estate Construction

What you will do

• Lead real estate development and construction strategy across Taiwan.
• Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, design, permitting, construction, and facility launches.
• Manage developers, contractors, consultants, landlords, and government agencies.
• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Workplace teams on facility development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale construction, real estate development, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Experience managing complex capital projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, contractor management, budgeting, permitting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with logistics and supply chain facilities, retail and commercial developments, industrial and manufacturing projects, civil infrastructure, healthcare facilities, distribution centers, fulfillment centers, or industrial parks.
