Senior QA Test Engineer (AI)

Salary: USD 93,500–135,000 per year, plus potential bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Own end-to-end quality engineering efforts for enterprise Java and .NET applications.
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end test strategies.
• Build and maintain automated UI test frameworks with Selenium and API automation with RestAssured.
• Use AI tools to accelerate test case creation, defect analysis, and documentation.
• Build or support AI-driven agents and intelligent automation solutions for QA workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and technology leaders throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quality assurance, software testing, or quality engineering experience with Java and/or .NET applications.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, RestAssured, RESTful API testing, database validation, and multi-tier application architectures.
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow, including writing and maintaining Gherkin scenarios.
• Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT and supporting intelligent automation for QA workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting complex defects, conducting root cause analysis, and working independently in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Performance or load testing experience with JMeter or Gatling.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
• ISTQB certification, Agile or SAFe experience, and cloud application experience.
• Experience in financial services, regulated industries, or high-availability technology environments.
