What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for complex hardware-software systems.
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve software quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system testability and reliability.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated build verification and release validation.
• Mentor team members on quality engineering methodologies and automation practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, or validation.
• 3+ years of experience leading quality engineering initiatives or test architecture design.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies and programming languages such as C# and/or C++.
• Hands-on experience testing WCF and WPF applications.
• Experience validating distributed systems, state machines, and parallel processing.
• Must be able to work in the San Jose office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled testing methodologies.
