Platform Product Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for platform-level systems serving millions of global users.
• Translate complex business, regulatory, and technical requirements into clear product specifications.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, compliance, and operations.
• Own product delivery from discovery through launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Build scalable frameworks balancing user experience, security, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in compliance, account systems, payments or funds, or AI products.
• Experience in crypto exchanges, fintech, brokerage, or large-scale internet platforms.
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with architecture-level product design.
• Proven ability to deliver complex cross-functional products in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent English communication skills required for global stakeholder engagement.
• Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience at leading crypto platforms or top-tier fintech or brokerage firms.
• Experience launching regulated or high-security products from 0 to 1.
• Understanding of blockchain infrastructure, multi-chain architecture, or on-chain asset management.
• Experience developing and deploying LLM or AI products at scale.
