Technical Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Technical Product Manager (Fintech): Building a Neobank Superapp for Southeast Asia with an accent on payments, remittance, and AI integration. Focus on owning product verticals end-to-end, ensuring money-movement correctness, and integrating LLMs into reliable financial systems.

Location: Hybrid (Taipei, Taiwan). Must work from the Taipei office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Own product verticals (payments, remittance, wealth) end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to technical delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering on system design, ensuring idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation, and scalability.
• Manage regulated constraints as first-class inputs, including KYC, CDD, sanctions screening, and data residency.
• Implement AI/LLM features where they provide genuine value, ensuring all outputs are auditable and trusted.
• Manage external launch gates, coordinate with partners and regulatory bodies to go live.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end.
• Strong product leadership and system design skills (APIs, datastores, queues, concurrency).
• Experience in regulated high-consequence domains such as payments, banking, or insurance.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and defining evaluation metrics for ML systems.
• Strong English communication skills required.

• Background as an engineer or highly technical PM.
• Experience with zero-to-one product development.
• Proven track record of shipping AI-heavy consumer products.
• Experience in the Southeast Asian (SEA) market.
