KYC Compliance Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; onsite at the office five days per week

What you will do

• Build and develop the KYC compliance system for the Global Payments platform.
• Design platform capabilities including a rule engine, decision-making system, operations system, and case review system.
• Research global payment compliance systems and lead innovation in international compliance solutions.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into product solutions aligned with long-term goals and roadmaps.
• Communicate with business stakeholders and work with research and development and QA teams to launch high-quality capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• More than five years of relevant experience in KYC compliance systems or related compliance systems, such as sanctions screening, compliance supervision, or transaction monitoring.
• Deep understanding of global payment business and financial institution anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance policies.
• Experience independently conducting product research, requirements analysis, product planning, and solution design.
• Strong independent problem-solving, communication, initiative, execution, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance platforms at international or cross-border transfer institutions or service providers.
• Deep understanding of KYC processes in e-commerce, live-streaming, or similar business scenarios.
• Experience launching complex compliance systems or projects.
