What you will do

• Build platform capabilities such as rule engine, decision-making system, operation system, and case review system for the Global Payment compliance KYC system.
• Conduct industry research on Global Payment compliance systems, utilizing hirify.global mid-platform products and technologies.
• Lead Global Payment in international compliance system innovation, designing product solutions based on long-term goals and roadmap.
• Communicate with businesses to design platform capabilities according to business and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with RD team to launch capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in compliance KYC system or other compliance systems.
• Deep understanding of Global Payment business and global/regional Financial Institution Anti Money Laundering and sanction compliance policies.
• Experience with international or cross-border transfer institutions/service providers is preferred.
• Ability to independently complete product research and requirements analysis, product planning, and solution design.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and teamwork.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to cope with pressure.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of KYC process in e-commerce, LIVE, and other business scenarios.
• Relevant complex compliance system/project launching experience.
