Engineering Manager (HVAC/R)

Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays. Overnight travel of up to 15–25% is required.

Annual base salary: $142,500–$198,555.

What you will do

• Lead a cross-disciplinary Engineering team supporting oil-free air-cooled chiller product lines.
• Manage and develop Engineers and Technicians delivering new technologies and products.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Service, and global engineering teams to bring chiller products into production.
• Plan engineering and technician work to achieve performance, cost, reliability, and quality goals.
• Provide technical leadership, ensure effective engineering processes, and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor, coach, train, and assign team members to product development and production support activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of product development experience.
• Experience with HVAC/R or adjacent systems is required.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 15–25%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
