Supervisor, Applications Engineering

Location: Remote in the United States, with occasional work at the North Andover, Massachusetts office and up to 15% travel

Salary: $112,000–$128,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8–12 Application Engineers.
• Manage workload, prioritization, service coverage, response times, and process compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on product selection, system configuration, application design, and installation integration.
• Support sales with application reviews, proposals, presentations, and customer engagements.
• Resolve complex application escalations and oversee customer-specific solution development and validation.
• Partner with product management, NPD and manufacturing engineering, technical services, quality, and sales to improve products, documentation, tools, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related technical field.
• At least 7 years of experience in applications engineering, system design, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong experience in product applications, system integration, solution-based problem solving, and sales support.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or fluid-system applications; familiarity with North American building codes and ASSE, CSA, UL/FM standards is beneficial.
• Proficiency with CPQ or quotation tools and Microsoft 365; SAP experience is beneficial.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
