  • 10–15 years of progressive related experience, including 5–7 years leading or supervising multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in nuclear facility design, construction support, or field engineering; nuclear new-build, demonstration, or advanced reactor experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of nuclear design and licensing basis requirements, configuration management, and quality assurance programs, including 10 CFR 50, 10 CFR 52, and NRC guidance.
  • Ability to develop staffing plans, manage performance, mentor engineers, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts in schedule-driven environments.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain site access and any required security clearances; export-control review may apply to foreign nationals. Familiarity with NQA-1, ASME, ACI, AISC, and IEEE nuclear construction codes is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sodium-cooled fast reactor technology, advanced nuclear systems, or DOE-funded demonstration projects.
  • Experience interfacing with construction, procurement, quality, licensing, and regulatory organizations to resolve onsite technical issues.

Culture & Benefits

  • Medical, vision, dental, life, disability, wellness, and gender affirmation benefits.
  • 401(k) plan, parental leave, 21 accrued PTO days annually, and 10 paid holidays.
  • Eligibility for discretionary short-term incentive payments.
  • Relocation assistance and professional and educational support opportunities.
  • Work in an advanced nuclear technology environment focused on safety, energy access, and medical applications.
