Technical Writer (Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Write, review, and maintain product documentation, technical information, and end-user help pages.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and developers to structure content from handovers, demos, design documents, and technical specifications.
• Translate complex financial and technical concepts into accessible content for clients, regulators, and internal teams.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and iterative review cycles to improve documentation quality and completeness.
• Support a global content management strategy focused on information sharing and reuse.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience writing high-quality software documentation.
• Strong understanding of the wealth management industry.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills focused on clarity, structure, and usability.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new topics, translate complex information into user-friendly guidance, and work across multiple documentation streams.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and partners to clarify details, obtain updates, and drive progress.

Nice to have

• Experience documenting wealth management platforms.
• Experience with MadCap Flare and Git source control.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with project tracking applications such as Jira.
