What you will do
- Create and maintain user guides, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear content for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and support teams to gather information and anticipate documentation needs before releases.
- Apply documentation style guides and organize content into logical, user-friendly structures.
- Review existing documentation, identify gaps or outdated content, and prioritize updates based on user impact.
- Publish and manage content using Confluence, Markdown, or static site generators while supporting version control and review processes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, developer documentation, or a similar role.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience working with engineering, product, or support teams to gather technical information.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Markdown, or static site generators.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience writing API documentation.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
- Basic understanding of software development processes.
