Senior VS Industrialization Project Manager (m/f/div) (Industrialization)

Location: Ovar, Portugal

Salary: €30,000–€32,400 gross annually, depending on experience, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead the industrialization sub-project as the BT products representative with internal and external manufacturers and suppliers.
• Coordinate the Industrialization Team and align project timelines and requirements with the plant project leader.
• Plan and coordinate activities from the product launch phase through ramp-up qualification.
• Connect the production site with the design and development teams.
• Report manufacturing status to the Project Manager and ensure completion of required Quality Gates.

Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics, supported by relevant technical skills or experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience communicating with different stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Strong planning and strategic skills.
• Interest in data analyst-related tasks.
• Fluent English required.
