Senior Project Manager (IoT)

Senior Project Manager (IoT): Managing mobile and web projects for IoT, wearables, and connected devices with an accent on working closely with U.S. clients and leading teams to bring meaningful products to life. Focus on facilitating SCRUM ceremonies, planning sprints, managing backlogs, timelines, budgets, and project health.

Location: Work fully remotely or from our office in the center of Warsaw – you choose. Regular overlap hours between 4 pm–8 pm CET (approx. 2–3 calls per week) with U.S. clients.

Salary: 17,000 - 23,000 PLN net/month - B2B or 4,500-6,000 USD net on B2B.

What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for U.S. clients.
• Manage web and mobile projects from end to end – from discovery and scoping to launch and beyond.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, QA engineers, and other PMs to bring product ideas to life.
• Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, plan sprints, manage backlogs, timelines, budgets, and project health.
• Co-create the product vision with clients – consult on features, MVP strategies, and the best way to deliver value to users.
• Lead project staffing and resource planning in collaboration with other departments.

Requirements

• Great communicator, diplomat, and negotiator.
• Experience managing web and mobile projects from end to end.
• Experience facilitating SCRUM ceremonies, planning sprints, managing backlogs, timelines, budgets, and project health.
• Experience co-creating the product vision with clients.
