Senior Project Manager (IoT)

Location: Fully remote or from the office in central Warsaw, Poland; regular overlap with U.S. clients from 4 pm–8 pm CET, approximately 2–3 calls per week.

Salary: 17,000–23,000 PLN net/month on a B2B contract.

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for U.S. clients, managing communication, negotiation, and expectations.
• Manage web and mobile projects end to end, from discovery and scoping through launch and ongoing delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, QA engineers, and other project managers.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, plan sprints, and manage backlogs, timelines, budgets, and project health.
• Co-create product vision with clients, advising on features, MVP strategies, and value delivery.
• Lead project staffing and resource planning while improving team and company-wide ways of working.

Requirements

• Senior-level project management experience.
• Experience managing mobile and web projects, preferably involving IoT, wearables, or connected devices.
• Strong communication, diplomacy, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Experience with Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlogs, budgets, timelines, and project health management.
• Availability for regular collaboration with U.S. clients during the 4 pm–8 pm CET overlap window.
• Working knowledge of Float, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, and GSuite.
