TL;DR
IT Analyst II (Service Desk/Endpoint Support): Deploying and supporting end-user hardware and software while maintaining secure, reliable endpoint environments with an accent on Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 administration, Windows support, and incident resolution. Focus on diagnosing complex technical issues, managing access and asset inventories, supporting infrastructure projects, and maintaining endpoint security for space and defense operations.
Location: Corporate office in Cedar Park, Texas, United States. Travel one to two times per quarter may be required to support launch activities.

What you will do
- Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade end-user hardware and software.
- Resolve internal user issues, document requests, and escalate complex incidents to appropriate technical resources.
- Grant and revoke access to systems and maintain endpoint security through patching, antivirus updates, and file encryption.
- Maintain asset inventories and coordinate hardware levels across offices.
- Participate in information technology and infrastructure projects, user training, and an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- High school diploma with at least four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of higher education and experience.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 user administration, and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with PC and laptop hardware, technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and incident management.
- Basic knowledge of networking devices, including switches and routers.
- Strong customer service and communication skills for supporting users with different technical skill levels.
- Must meet U.S. government ITAR eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, protected individual status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
Nice to have
- Associate degree or higher in information technology or a related discipline.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Enterprise products, Microsoft GCC-High, JIRA, or Confluence.
- macOS or Linux laptop support experience.
- Scripting experience for automating tasks in JIRA or Active Directory.
