What you will do
- Provide desktop services and technical support to internal stakeholders.
- Deploy endpoints using automation technologies across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Assess and maintain IT infrastructure, including email, networks, security, hardware, and software.
- Install new hardware and software and train employees on their use.
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and IT asset administration.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and perform occasional maintenance outside normal business hours and on weekends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of information technology experience.
- 3+ years providing enterprise-level desktop support.
- Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, macOS, and Linux.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or 5+ years of industry experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Intermediate networking knowledge, including VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Microsoft or Cisco industry certifications.
- Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and multiple mobile platforms.
