What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
• Configure ServiceNow instances, including roles, access controls, data sources, and system properties.
• Build integrations with databases, web services, and third-party applications to automate data exchange and business processes.
• Write scripts using JavaScript, GlideRecord, and ACLs to improve functionality and system performance.
• Test, deploy, document, troubleshoot, and support ServiceNow solutions and instances.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by following ServiceNow best practices and evaluating new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, JavaScript, GlideRecord, ACLs, workflow design, and application development.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, web services, data sources, SQL, and database management systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, agile development methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
