What you will do

• Design and deliver secure, scalable, and observable product features.
• Lead projects from technical design through implementation, testing, and rollout.
• Champion AI-agent and automation integration to streamline development and testing.
• Investigate and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and durable fixes.
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews to provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and ensure low-risk launches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in scalable, high-availability cloud products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud systems, high I/O databases, and event streaming.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 50% in-office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and Django.
• Experience with Datadog for monitoring and observability.
