Web3 Backend Engineer (Node.js/NestJS): Building scalable backend services, APIs, and blockchain integrations for decentralized trading applications with an accent on Web3 connectivity, NoSQL data design, and service deployment. Focus on integrating order-book infrastructure with smart contracts and frontend systems, containerizing services, and optimizing backend scalability onsite in Ho Chi Minh City.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; onsite only, no remote work

What you will do
- Build and maintain scalable backend services with Node.js or NestJS.
- Integrate backend systems with blockchain technologies using Web3.js or Ethers.js.
- Design and manage MongoDB and other NoSQL data structures.
- Create and maintain REST or GraphQL APIs for frontend and smart contract integrations.
- Containerize, deploy, monitor, optimize, and scale backend infrastructure with Docker and Docker Compose.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, smart contract developers, product managers, and designers using Git-based workflows.
Requirements
- Strong Node.js or NestJS experience building scalable applications.
- Hands-on experience with Web3.js or Ethers.js and blockchain integrations.
- Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL schema design.
- Knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City and work onsite.
- Intermediate English communication skills required for an English-speaking environment, plus 2–5 years of backend development experience.

- Experience developing trading systems or financial products.
- Knowledge of Web3, cryptocurrency trading platforms, and decentralized finance.
